Tuesdays:
- 5:00 PM to 5:50 PM: Juniors (Ages 5-10)
- 6:00 PM to 6:50 PM: Teens & Adult Kickboxing (Includes grappling for teens)
- 7:00 PM to 7:50 PM: Fitness Class
Saturdays:
- 9:00 AM to 9:50 AM: Juniors (Ages 5-10)
- 10:00 AM to 10:50 AM: Teens & Adult Kickboxing (Includes grappling for teens)
- 11:00 AM to 11:50 AM: Fitness Class
Beginner-Friendly Classes:
The best part? No prior experience is needed! These classes are designed to be completely beginner-friendly, ensuring that every child feels welcome and comfortable as they take their first steps into the world of martial arts, while the adult classes are designed to provide a vigorous workout with no contact combat training. Our experienced instructors will provide guidance and support to help participants develop their skills, get fit, build confidence, and have a whole lot of fun along the way.
