We’re excited to announce an extra day of training at Moate Martial Arts Fitness – now offering classes every Thursday to meet growing demand and give more flexibility to families and individuals looking to get involved!

Thursdays at Moate Sports & Recreation Centre:

  • 5:00 PMJunior Kickboxing (Ages 5–10)
  • 6:00 PMTeens & Adult Kickboxing (includes grappling for teens)
