?We’re delighted to be offering a tailored exercise programme targeting issues that arise for women during the menopause transition.

?WHAT; Learn how to tackle the many and varied challenges arising from menopause through our gentle and easy-to-follow classes beginning this month with Grace from My Wellness Transition

? WHEN: A six-week programme which will include exercise sessions and nutrition workshops and talks surrounding the topic will begin on February 20.
Classes will take place Feb 20, 27, March 05, 19, 26 and April 02.
