Free Exercise Class for Seniors at Moate Sports & Recreation Centre

We are pleased to announce a free exercise class for seniors starting at the Moate Sports & Recreation Centre on September 7th. The classes will run for four weeks every Saturday @ 14:30, specifically designed to cater to the needs of older adults. No need to register—just show up!
