New Pilates Programme at Moate Sports & Recreation Centre!

We’re excited to announce the launch of our new Beginner’s Pilates programme, starting Monday, 14th October at 6 pm, led by expert physiotherapist Sinead Grennan.

This physio-led Pilates course is ideal for complete beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone looking to improve their overall fitness. The programme is designed to be safe and accessible for anyone who is able to move between standing and lying positions, offering a gentle yet effective introduction to Pilates.
